After performing full-scale environmental remediation at this site, RW Collins was contracted to perform excavation for a new McDonald’s franchise. This site was formerly a barrel warehouse, and it was a great opportunity to showcase our ability to turn a brownfield into a suitable space for retail and other development.

Once remediation activities at this site were completed (detailed here), we provided excavation services for footings and foundations for a new McDonald’s building, sign, and waste enclosure. This job site was a perfect opportunity to utilize our full suite of capabilities, including in-situ remediation and tank removal, and finally new building excavation.
